We provide cake and bouquet delivery only in Pune’s area mentioned on our website.
Contact details should be clearly mentioned for communication purpose.
Charges are inclusive of all taxes.
Change in order cannot be entertained after placing the order.
For shape cake, the cake weight should 1.5 KG.
For photo cakes, we require high resolution image. Most of the time it happens that people order round shape cake and the photo is in square shape, so in that case will change the shape of your photo and make it round shape. Please make sure that the photo is of good quality.
Sometimes in case of photo cakes it may happen that the printer is not working or there is any technical problem in printer, in such circumstances will inform you and give you any substitute product equal to the price of that photo print.
Please make sure that the message on card will not exceed 160 characters.
We would require at least 2 hours to make a fresh cake for you, so we do not take orders within next 2 hours. You need to please an order before 2 hours prior to the delivery time mentioned on our website.
Payment can be done through credit card, debit card or cash on delivery.
Suppose if you put the address that is out of our service area, we reserve rights to cancel your order. You will have to pay all the charges in such circumstances.
Delivery charges are applicable wherever we have mentioned. Areas which are showing free delivery only those areas will not have any delivery charges.
It is better to have the valid and detailed delivery address so that we can deliver your cake on time without finding any difficulty. If you provide wrong delivery address or wrong contact details we are not responsible to deliver your order. It may possible that the order receiver may not be available on the delivery address or the given order premises is locked. Please make sure that you will have to pay in such circumstances. We understand that sometimes people can be out of home due some reason in that case we will wait for 20 minutes but please make sure that the recipient should be available at the delivery address.
REDELIVERY CANNOT BE POSSIBLE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ALL THE CHARGES IN FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
Receiver is not available on the given address.
Contact details are wrong like your mobile number or receiver number
Wrong delivery address
Receiver is not receiving the phone
Recipient refused the product.
We are not responsible to provide you duplicate E-Voucher or bill if you lost, delete or misplaced the first voucher.
In case of emergency or non-availability of particular product, delivery can be happen thorough other outlets.
If you want to change the time of delivery, address or date, you have to contact us 5 hours before delivery time, if it is possible then we will change the delivery date, time or address. Otherwise delivery address, date or time cannot be changed.
If there is any complaint about our products, please let us know within 3 hours after placing the order. After that any complaint cannot be entertained.
In case of any disaster like flood, heavy rain or any strike order date and time will be rescheduled.
Vulger photograph or Vulger cake designes can not be entertained at all.
