- If you want to change the time of delivery, address or date, you have to contact us 5 hours before delivery time, if it is possible then we will change the delivery date, time or address. Otherwise delivery address, date or time cannot be changed.
- It is better to have a valid and detailed delivery address so that we can deliver your cake on time without finding any difficulty. If you provide the wrong delivery address or wrong contact details we are not responsible to deliver your order. It may possible that the order receiver may not be available at the delivery address or the given order premises is locked. Please make sure that you will have to pay in such circumstances. We understand that sometimes people can be out of home due to some reason in that case we will wait for 20 minutes but please make sure that the recipient should be available at the delivery address.
- Suppose if you put areas that are shown on our website and you put the address that is out of that our service area we reserve rights to cancel your order. You will have to pay all the charges in such circumstances.
- REDELIVERY CANNOT BE POSSIBLE AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY ALL THE CHARGES IN FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES.
- The receiver is not available at the given address.
- Contact details are wrong like your mobile number or receiver number.
- Wrong delivery address.
- The receiver is not receiving the phone.
- The recipient refused the product.
- In case of emergency or non-availability of a particular product, delivery can happen through other outlets.
