It was an amazing tasty cake and the decoration was awesome. Gave 4 instead of 5 as I had ordered the cake with red... gift box 2days prior to the delivery and yet it was mentioned at last moment that it is not available with you. Either you should remove Redbox option from your website or you should arrange for that once ordered.Otherwise it was really fabulous arrangement from just Cakes Pune. Thank you!!read more

There was a delay in delivery which messed up all the plans. Also, they were continuously providing wrong feedback... saying delivery will reach in 5 mins. Don't trust any commitment by them... and find other better vendor...read more

My family(outstation) ordered a cake for birthday going by the reviews on google. After delivery of the cake I opened... the package and found it was damaged. I called up the delivery boy instantly and he just didn't take onus of the damaged product. He said he will patch me to his manager/shopkeeper but said his phone is busy and will call in 5 min. Later I tried not less than 15 times he neither answered nor called back. Called the owner or number mentioned in website that person also said send me the pics which I did and will let you know. He also didn't responded after checking the pics and just messaged I will check with delivery boy. Bad service and totally unprofessional people. Very bad experience.read more

It is difficult to put into words how amazing this cake was. I was beyond thrilled, it was better than I imagined. I... cannot thank you enough for your creating the most beautiful cake for my son's birthday.. He was so surprised - he just loved it.. When it came time to cut the cake, he actually didn’t want to cut the cake because it was so beautiful..It really was the centre of my son's birthday celebrations. Not only it looked amazing, it was the BEST tasting cake I have ever had.The sponge was so moist nd it was sooooo delicious nd the filling was perfect. Every one just loved it. The cake got so many compliments and a lot of people were asking where did i get it from. I was so happy to say it was ordered from Just Cake. I ordered Rasmalai cake with cherries on top and a bunch of red roses on my father’s birthday. Cake was eggless as... expected, moist, delicious and moderate sweet. Roses were fresh. This was my first experience with Just Cakes. Placed an order for a chocolate photo cake on their website on behalf of... a friend. We had only a day at hand and we needed a photo cake by the next day. The cake was to be delivered to her place and she had no online payment options available so I needed something that offered Cash on Delivery. Came across Just Cakes on Google. Initially I wasn't sure how genuine this would be but I had to take a chance. Placed an order on their website late evening and the next morning I got a call from them to confirm my order. Upto the delivery you can easily contact them to follow-up with your order and there are absolutely no hassles. The delivery was on time and the delivery personnel made sure the cake was not damaged at all. The photo on the cake was very clear and properly printed and my friend's family was very satisfied with the quality of the cake. A little card with your personalized message is delivered with the cake which is a very sweet gesture.They're an affordable option to anyone wanting cake delivery services in Pune and I would definitely recommend Just Cakes. One of the best cakes available here specially rasmalai flavour.. although all flavours are amazing.i have tried cakes... from big brands like monginis,ws bakers etc but you won't be getting this taste and quality.read more
